You’ll bring: Experience in coordination, administration, sales support or reservations Strong communication and interpersonal skills across varied stakeholders Confidence working with systems, databases and booking processes Excellent organisational and project management abilities A proactive mindset with strong accountability Calm, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and professional presentation Creative thinking with an ability to generate new ideas and improvements Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously A collaborative, team‑focused attitude About The Role As our Groups Coordinator, you’ll provide end‑to‑end coordination and admin support for group bookings, working closely with Business Development Managers, Trade Partners and our wider Groups team. You’re the essential link that keeps communication smooth, details accurate and momentum moving from enquiry to delivery. You’ll also help grow group business by uncovering new opportunities and maximising the success of already‑secured groups — a mix of coordination and commercial impact. Key responsibilities will include : Drive higher materialisation rates across Escorted and Non‑Escorted Groups by minimising cancellations Assist with day-to-day Groups and Charters queries from internal and external stakeholders Support Business Development Managers with their group bookings and amendments Manage group allocations, availability and special requirements in collaboration with the Groups team Ensure clear and timely communication of group requirements to relevant internal stakeholders Support BDMs with monthly group meetings to assist with updates on all escorted and non-escorted groups Develop and maintain relationships to generate new business opportunities Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement Create Groups Pack to include marketing collateral and information Liaise with and assist the Group Travel Experience Consultant to ensure booking efficiencies for escorted groups Identify opportunities to streamline group booking and coordination processes Collaborate with Business Analyst of Revenue Systems on non-escorted groups What We Offer Generous discounts on Journey Beyond travel and experiences Study Assistance Policy Employee Referral Policy Parental Leave program Purchased Leave policy Private Health discounts Employee Assistance Program Discounts on Journey Beyond merchandise Flexible working environment How to Apply This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves building relationships, and enjoys seeing a booking go from idea to experience.
